  5. Christmas:
It´s celebrated on december 25,to remember the birth of Jesus.

Is a very popular celebration in the world, there are countries, for example Australia, who get the christmas on summer.

In Mexico, the Christmas is celebrated with family, prepares dinner with food from the season, as turkey (stuffed or smoked), rosemary, cod and others.

Also, in every house is put a pine tree decorated with a star (usually at the top) representing the Christian faith remembering the star of Bethlehem, the spheres represent the gifts given by God to the humanity, the ties representing family union, and finally the lights represented the light of Christ.

The triangular-shaped tree is for Christians the Holy Trinity.

Many times in house share gifts ... this represents the gifts given to baby Jesus.

For us is the celebration more familiary and special because we can be in family and live together in peace and love. We love this date! Ü

  7. Halloween
It's a celebration that began in the U.S.A in the year 1845, by an ancient group called “Celtas”. Originally this celebration wasn´t called by its present name of "Halloween". this celebration marked the beginning of the “Celtic New Year”,
They offered sacrifices to their god, represented by a skeleton known as "Death".

On the night of October 31, “the Celts” made an enormous bonfire, where they burned animals, crops and human beings, throughout this ceremony had to be disguised to ward off evil spirits.
Currently, this celebration has changed,it consisting of: decorating with pumpkins empty homes, with some lighted candle inside and trimmed in the shape of monsters. Children and adults dress up as monsters, vampires, zombies, werewolves, devils and witches. And go from house to house they said the famous "trick or treat" The trick is a joking with the objective of having candy.
